PRESS RELEASE 2020/11/27: The award has been given by Comenius in the Czech 100 Best survey competition since 1996.

Based on anti-covid measures, the gala evening will not take place at Prague Castle after twenty-four years. The announcement will be made mainly through extensive material devoted to the results of this year on our website www.comenius.cz,“

said Karel Muzikář, president and founder of the competition.

We see the award as a confirmation that our security-oriented direction of development is the right path. Security in a global environment is an increasing issue, and our product can protect users’ email accounts and files,“

said Martin Lukš, director of Talkey.

A total of eight companies were awarded in the Information and Communication Technologies category: Adastra Czech, Cetin, Dell Computers, Huawei Technologies (Czech), ICZ, Talkey, T-Mobile Czech Republic and Vodafone Czech Republic.

Talkey, a member of the ette group, is a software company with a long tradition on the Czech market of information and communication technologies.
It focuses on solutions for secure communication, protection of information and personal data. It cooperates with security forces, state and private entities. Talkey is behind the development of a unique encryption application that mediates the exchange of encryption keys for 150,000 encrypted emails per day. The application protects users from data leakage, misuse of communication content and other security risks that bring the trend of digitization.

For the ette group, this is the second award in a row within the Czech 100 Best. Last year, Plastic Union was ranked among the best companies, dealing with the recycling of plastic waste and the production of plastic regranulate.

„We perceive sustainability and security as key areas that are reflected in all activities within the ette group. Plastic regranulate is becoming an opportunity for manufacturing companies that want to be environmentally friendly in their approach and at the same time generate profit by reusing waste as valuable materials. Encryption applications are then a necessary tool for companies to prevent the risks associated with digitization,“

specified Daniel Barč, CEO of ette group.
